Orders

 

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, description inaccuracies, or stock issues.

Ashara Living (F.Z.E) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from declined orders.


 

Product Descriptions

 

We aim to describe all products accurately. Minor variations in colour or texture may occur depending on device settings. Product specifications, pricing, and availability may change without prior notice.


 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer-service team.

If an order has already been shipped, cancellation may incur a return-delivery fee.

We will issue a full refund for cancelled orders once the returned item is received in its original, unused condition.

 


 

 

Formation of Contract and Governing Law

 

When you place an order and receive an email confirmation, a contract is formed between you and Ashara Living (F.Z.E).

This contract is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and applicable UAE Federal Laws.

Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ajman Courts .

 


 

 

Delivery

 

We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders placed before 1 pm Monday to Saturday are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 1 pm Saturday are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery usually takes 1–2 working days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery is free of charge for all orders within the UAE.


If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a full refund.

 


 

 

Returns and Cancellations

 

You may return or cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returned items must be unused, with all original packaging and accessories intact.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is inspected and approved.

Return shipping fees apply unless the return is due to a product fault or delivery error.

 


 

 

Maintenance and Fair Use Policy

 

To maintain warranty coverage, regular care and cleaning are required:

 

  • Clothes Steamers:

    For home use, descale once a month. For light-commercial use, descale weekly.

    Steamers are designed for home and light-commercial use (up to 2 hours daily).

    Continuous use beyond this limit may void the warranty.

  • Juicers / Blenders:

    Clean thoroughly after each use. Designed for home use for up to 30 minutes daily.

 


All Fridja appliances come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

 


 

 

Free Gift Policy

 

Orders qualifying for a free gift must meet the minimum spend specified at checkout (in AED).

If a return reduces your total below the threshold, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your refund unless it is returned unused and in original packaging.

 


 

 

Exclusive Deals and Bundle Policy

 


Exclusive deals and bundles are sold as combined offers at discounted prices.

If any item from a bundle is returned, the remaining items will revert to their standard price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

To receive a full refund, the entire bundle (including any free gifts) must be returned in its original condition.
